Cakes are beautiful and on point! Light and not too sweet. This is the bakery where I go to treat my family. Plus it's a hit when bringing to friends or co-workers. Store is always clean and well kept.

Located in Kam Shopping Center. Today we came in to get dessert. We decided on the cupcakes. They were so cute. The display case is on the left side of the entrance. They also have pastries, cakes & coffees. Staff was very friendly. The icing looks thick but it's not too sweet. It's actually light. The cupcakes are very moist & so delicious. If you are ever in the area, it's a must try.
Our friends treated us to some amazing pastries from this place! I devoured the chocolate cupcake! It was dense, moist, and not too sweet. The icing looks think but it's very light. The bunny cupcakes are too cute! We haven't tried the madeleines, sweet cakes, or the stuffed bread yet. Looking forward to it. I gave 5 stars before trying everything because it was one of the best cupcakes I've ever had!
This is one of my go-to bakery when I am getting cake very last minute, but want it to be presentable and be adorable. They have a wide selection of Japanese style bakery from cream puff, cupcakes, pastries, and more! Great option for those who wants the "not-too sweet" desserts. You can also ask the staff to include a birthday message as well. It is a little bit pricier, but it is worth it!
Was waiting to pick up something from another place in the Kam Shopping Center so I wandered around and happened upon Honu Bakery a few shops away. Went in just to check things out and found a bakery with an extensive and beautiful array of decorated cakes and cupcakes, along with extensive array of Japanese style pastries from sweet to savory. Diane need anything special so I only bought some cream puffs and a spam musubi styled roll. Spam musubi roll also had egg inside so it makes a nice little breakfast I'd lunch. Cream puff had real custard in it and was delicious. You can also purchase coffees or teas so you can get breakfast or lunch from here. Will return to try more of the pastries and take a good look at the cake and cupcake designs so I can be prepared to order something in the future.
Omg cutest bakery!!! So many fun and delicious items. Such cute gifts and if you are looking for a small sweet treat.I have to highly recommend their Mango Panna Cotta. Not super sweet very large and ripe mango. They have the cutest almost Japanese inspired cupcakes with rabbits/bunnies, frogs, cats, dogs, and other animals. Price range from 2.25$ to $6ish- from desserts to small baked goods- savory and sweet. Very beautiful cakes and ready made birthday cakes for quick pick up! can highly recommend this place!
This is only the second time that I've been to this bakery. I don't come to Kam Shopping Center that often, but I like to check out Game Stop and Fun Factory from time to time. Honu is located right in the middle of the two. They have some really cute cupcakes and birthday cakes shaped like animals. They also have your regular pastries. They also sell boba drinks and coffee. We didn't get too many items today. We did get the marble pound cake. It was good. It was tasty and soft. I would buy it again. Next time, I will try one of their cupcakes, but they're too cute to eat.
